What can you do?

Product capabilities

See what each capability does, which data it uses, and its important boundaries.

Cloud: Starter, Pro, and Business

  • Create agents for sales summaries, critical inventory, overdue receivables, price anomalies, and similar tasks.
  • Run them manually, daily, weekly, or monthly, with results delivered to Agent Results and notifications.
  • Start from a template or a custom prompt, and select the agent instead of the Core Agent during a conversation.

Smart Agents currently work primarily with the connected database; uploaded files are not used as an agent data source.

Cloud: Pro and Business

  • Supported formats are PDF, XLSX, XLS, CSV, DOCX, and TXT.
  • Use files for summaries, lists, comparisons, and generated Excel or PDF reports.
  • Default limits are 30 MB per file, 500 MB of storage per user, and 1,000 files per user.

OCR, images, PowerPoint, and legacy DOC files are not supported. Image-only PDFs may not be read reliably, and a conversation generally works with one active file at a time.

Cloud: Business

  • n8n, Claude Desktop, and custom AI agents can connect to the Cayra MCP endpoint with an access token.
  • The external client sends a question to the cayra_agent tool; Cayra runs the analysis against the connected database and returns the result.
  • MCP queries use the same credit balance as regular conversations.

This does not add arbitrary third-party MCP tools to Cayra. It works in the other direction, making Cayra a tool that external systems can call.

Cloud: Business

  • Manage supplier organizations, external users, assigned internal team members, and shared group conversations.
  • External users sign in with a phone number and OTP and only see the spaces assigned to them.
  • Optional Cayra AI access can be granted, and users can be imported in bulk with CSV or XLSX.

This is not a procurement portal for orders, quotes, invoices, or contracts. Partners and suppliers use the same B2B user model.

How much capacity do you need?

  • Consumption varies with the selected model, question and answer length, analysis steps, and database or file tools used.
  • Smart Agent runs and queries sent through MCP use the same credit balance.
  • Under the current Cloud behavior, unused balance remains in the account, new-cycle credits are added to it, and additional credit packs can be purchased.

One credit does not equal one question. A simple request may use fewer credits, while a long, multi-step analysis may use more.

Starter 50 · Pro 300 · Business 500 tables

  • For example, if your ERP has 700 tables, you select up to your plan limit for schema analysis and querying.
  • Tables that are not selected stay outside the active schema context, so the most important business tables should be prioritized.
  • This is not a row limit, result-size limit, database-size limit, or monthly query limit.

Standard · High · Highest

  • Starter: 10 model calls per minute, 10 concurrent queries, and capacity for 100 queued operations.
  • Pro: 30 model calls per minute, 30 concurrent queries, and capacity for 300 queued operations.
  • Business: 100 model calls per minute, 100 concurrent queries, and capacity for 1,000 queued operations.

A single user question can create multiple model calls when the agent works through several steps. This field does not promise a separate priority queue or a customer-dedicated server.

Which model fits the task?

Model levels

Choose the right balance of speed, usage, and analytical depth for each task.

  • Suitable for short database questions, straightforward lists, and filters.
  • Useful for summaries and high-volume routine queries.
  • Often uses fewer credits when speed matters more than analytical depth.

  • Suitable for general business analysis and questions that join several tables.
  • Useful for comparisons, breakdowns, and management summaries.
  • A balanced starting point for moderately multi-step tasks.

  • Suitable for large schemas, root-cause analysis, and detailed financial or operational reviews.
  • Useful for complex Smart Agent tasks and questions that require more planning.
  • May take longer and consume more credits depending on analytical depth.

The Pro subscription plan and the Cayra Pro model level are different concepts. The underlying model provider can vary by deployment and environment configuration.

Connected databases, required tables, schema complexity, and organizational scope are defined during the technical review.

Product capabilities

Smart Agents, file and document queries, MCP tools, and portal requirements influence plan selection.

Deployment scenario

Cloud, on-premises, private-cloud, and Cayra Nova-powered air-gapped deployments have different infrastructure and operating costs.

Run Cayra on your own servers or in your private cloud. When sufficient infrastructure is available, use Cayra Nova offline in an environment without internet access.

The annual tab shows the monthly equivalent and is billed annually for 12 months. Each card also shows the annual total and your savings compared with monthly billing.

Credits are not a fixed question count. Usage varies with the selected model, question and answer length, analysis steps, and database or file tools used. Smart Agent and MCP runs use the same balance, so a simple question and a long, multi-step analysis do not consume the same amount.

No. It is the number of tables Cayra can include in schema analysis and active query scope, not the total number your database can contain. It is not a row, result-size, database-size, or monthly query limit.

Processing capacity describes how many queries and model calls can run concurrently during busy periods. A higher plan provides more concurrent work and queue capacity; it does not promise a separate priority queue or a customer-dedicated server.

With on-premises deployment, Cayra runs on your own servers or in your private cloud. In an air-gapped environment without internet access, Cayra Nova runs within your network when sufficient compute infrastructure is available. Included services can vary by plan and customer environment. Setup, integration, data preparation, training, support, and human validation should each be listed in the written quote or order terms.
