Each domain stores its own preference. A choice made on one domain does not automatically apply to another domain.

• The cayra.io live-support chat uses functional Crisp storage to maintain a chat session. This storage is not used for advertising or analytics.

Google processes analytics data only after analytics consent. Google Analytics cookie lifetime and property-level data retention are separate settings.

Crisp IM SAS processes live-support session data and conversation content for the cayra.io chat service. Crisp states that its chatbox cookies are functional rather than tracking cookies and use a default persistent lifetime of up to 6 months.

Embedded-content providers, including Cloudflare Stream, may process technical performance data when a page containing their content loads or when you choose to play or open it.

Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, the responsible Cayra entity uses the applicable contractual or statutory transfer safeguard.

Use the banner or Cookie Settings link on each domain to allow or reject analytics for that domain. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and may reload the page.

You can also clear browser cookies, local storage and session storage. Clearing Crisp cookies starts a new local chat session; server-side support records follow the applicable support and legal retention rules. A material policy change will cause the site to request a new analytics choice.
